Black Lives Matter a #teamsport

We are listening, watching, researching, protesting and evaluating how we can better show up for the BIPOC community, both as individuals and as a brand. As we build this company, there will be a permanent infrastructure that supports Black lives and fosters diversity.

We identify as a fitness brand. OXB is an acronym for Our eXercise Brand. We refer to everything as a teamsport, the work we do as teamwork, and our community as our team. Like the fitness industry as a whole, our team is disproportionately white. It is our responsibility to actively challenge its lack of diversity. We will use our platform to amplify Black voices. We will have a diverse team of athletes, ambassadors, and employees.

• As an immediate action, we’ve donated to the ACLU, NCAAP and the Minnesota Freedom Fund. 

• 5% of all sales will be donated to one of our partnered organizations. You may choose at checkout - ACLU, NAACP, Planned Parenthood or Girls Inc. Indefinitely.

• In an effort to encourage donations, we are offering a $25 OXB gift card to anyone that donates a minimum of $25 to a Black Lives Matter organization. DM your receipt to @oxbstudio or email hello@oxb-studio.com to participate. 

• We’re thoughtfully working on pieces in which 100% of the proceeds will be donated. 

We’re open to hearing of other organizations that matter the most to you right now.  We are up for partnering, collaborating and elevating. We’re here for the long haul.
