    This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from boardsox.com.au (the “Site”).

    Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, OXB may need to disclose personal information if required by law.

    Information collected from those asking a question to one of our experts remains confidential and is not shared with any third party. However, if we receive contact that implies harm to one’s self or others, in extreme cases we may need to escalate the contact to a relevant health care provider or professional authority. In such cases, we would notify you in the first instance.

Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

    By consenting to OXB Sweatproof Jewelry's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of OXB Sweatproof Jewelry through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.     THE LEAGUE T&C'S

    1. The League discount program is open to legal residents of the United States who are age 18 and older and are wellbeing professionals in the following categories that are actively working with adults; group fitness instructors, personal trainers, team coaches, health and wellness coaches, studio or gym owners, athletes, physical therapists, chiropractors, occupational therapists, and acupuncturists, mental health professionals.

    2. To apply for membership in the Program, you must first provide proof of eligibility at in our Denver store or through the link on this page. 

    3. By registering for membership in the Program, you agree to receive emails about events and activities organized by, held at, or otherwise associated with OXB stores, promotional emails related to the The League.

    4. Once approved as a member in The League, you are entitled to a 30% discount off regular price merchandise on purchases in store or online at www.shopoxb.com through 12/31/2023.  Discount in store and online is for personal use only. In store, at time of purchase, you must tell cashier you are a member and provide a valid photo ID.  The cashier will verify your membership. Membership benefits cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers unless specified. 

    5. The maximum amount that may be purchased under the Program using the Discount is $10,000 per Member per calendar year, based on the original price of the merchandise before discount (excluding sales tax).

    6. All purchases using this discount must be for member’s personal use. Members cannot use discount to purchase products for anyone other than the member, including member’s friends, students, family, or as gifts. Members may not allow others to use their discount. Members may not resell any product purchased with discount.

    7. Membership begins on the date your application is approved in store and is valid until the expiration date of Member’s professional certification or 12/31/2023, whichever is earlier. OXB reserves the right to terminate your membership or your participation at any time in its sole discretion.

    8. OXB reserves the right to require Member to provide proof of continued eligibility for The League at any time.

    9. Any personal information that OXB collects from you in connection with the Program will be used and shared in accordance with OXB's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://shopoxb.com/pages/terms-policies
