I was SO excited to get my necklace and gave it straight to my husband to keep and give to me yesterday for Mothers Day here in Australia. I wore it all day today, and one of the discs just fell off! I’m devastated. It lasted 29 hours.
I will try to take it to a jeweller here to see what can be done, but reading through the warranty/returns policies leaves me very disheartened.

I got my necklace with the satellite chain and it goes really well with my other daily pieces! I never take any of them off and this one is still comfy enough to sleep in. The quality is also great, the same as any of the other OXB pieces I have.
I have this necklace and wear it everyday. I love that it adds a little classy detail to my outfit, especially when riding my bike or at the gym. I loved it so much that I ordered one for my best friend so we can match!
